Are you having trouble completing your booking, or not sure if it went through? First off, if your booking has gone through and the payment was successful, you would have received an order confirmation/receipt straight after completing the payment. If you cannot see this email in your main inbox, please check your promotions and junk folders. If the email isn’t there, it means your payment didn’t go through and your booking wasn’t successful.
The following steps should help you solve the problem:
- Make sure to fill in all compulsory (*) fields when completing the form
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Pay with any debit or credit card except Amex, which unfortunately we’re not able to accept
- Switch your phone or tablet to landscape mode (horizontally), or book through a bigger device in order to see all the required mandatory fields
- If you have no success with the above steps, try again from a newly opened browser and google our website rather than opening a previously saved page
- If none of the above works, please get in touch with us! We can either email you an invoice or you can book over the phone
